Description
This award-winning oak-aged Rum is seriously off the scale in quality.
We start with imported Light Caribbean White Rum, a 95% abv, this is distilled and then cut down in strength and one-third is put into reconditioned lightly toasted old Oak Port Casks to age.
Then one-third is put into stainless steel tanks, this is spiced with 7 different spices, and a further one-third is put into another separate stainless steel tank and has litres of port added to it.
We blend these three elements together, the oaked, the spiced and the ported rums, to give our final product which is bottled at 42% abv.
