Some of the best Cabernet Sauvignon in the world is from France and this is a great value example from the south of France. The wine has soft perfumed aromas and flavours of black fruits with a hint of oak.Fresh and floral, this wine is aromatic and supple with crisp acidity. Traditional vinification by destalking. Pumping over twice a day during the fermenting maceration for one week. Controlled temperatures with fresh French wood. La Serre has a history stretching back two decades to when it was one of the pioneers of varietal wines and labels from the South of France in the UK market. The labels may have changed a bit in that time but the idea behind the wine hasn’t. The wine still represent brilliant value for money and focus on clean, bright fruit flavours that are easy to appreciate and enjoy. Food Recommendations:-Steaks,Sausages,Strong Cheese
