Delicious Only The Good Stuff………………. Recently launched on to the British market and already getting amazing reviews. Give it a try. How to make the perfect C&C Masala Chai……. The best way…. Take a heaped dessert spoon (15g) of C&C Masala Chai per 300ml serving and add to a sauce pan. Boil a small amount of fresh water in a kettle and add to pan just covering the Chai. Turn on the heat and bring to the boil, then simmer for 2 minutes to allow the tea to infuse. Add a little extra honey to your taste…. now add a cup of soya milk, almond milk (my favourite) or just ordinary milk and heat up to 80 / 85 degrees C. Making sure not to burn the milk. When heated pour through a fine tea sieve into your cup and enjoy…… The Short cut…. Take a heaped dessert spoon (15g) of C&C Masala Chai per 300ml serving and add to a Tea Press / Cafetiere. Boil enough fresh water in a kettle to make your Chai and add to the pot . Add a little extra honey to your taste and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes…. plunger and then pour into your cup, now add soya milk, almond milk or just ordinary milk and sit back and enjoy……
